Our return policy
You may return items within 7 days of delivery. Returned pieces must be unused, unaltered and in perfect condition, with all original packaging, dust bag and tags included.
How to start a return
Write to us at publicsecretco@gmail.com with your order number. We provide a prepaid return label, and the cost is deducted from your refund based on your region:
- UK & EU: €25
- Non-EU Europe, Middle East & USA: €35
- India, Hong Kong & China: €15
- Rest of the World: €35–€50, depending on destination.
The return postage fee is based on your location and the number of items returned.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges at the moment. If you'd like a different piece, return the item for a refund and place a new order.
Damaged, faulty or wrong items
If your piece arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 2 days of delivery. If the item you received doesn't match the listing, please let us know within 24 hours of delivery. Include your order number, clear photos or video in good lighting (front, back, sides, bottom, interior and close-ups of the area of concern) and a short description, and our team will contact you with next steps.
Refunds
Once your return reaches our warehouse and is inspected and approved, we'll email you to confirm. Refunds are usually processed within 7 business days, using the same payment method as your order. For regions where duties are non-recoverable, those amounts are deducted from your refund.
Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled or changed before they are processed for shipping. Since orders generally ship within 24 hours, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order is in the shipping process, it can no longer be cancelled.
