Free Worldwide Shipping

We offer free shipping on all orders worldwide.

Duties and Taxes Included

All duties and taxes are included in the price displayed for your selected destination. The price you see at checkout is final, with all applicable import duties, customs charges and local taxes already included. Your order is delivered door-to-door, with no extra paperwork and no involvement in the import process on your end.

Where We Ship

We ship worldwide, with some country restrictions. We currently do not ship to:

  • Israel
  • Russia
  • Iran
  • Belarus
  • Ukraine
  • North Korea

Where Orders Ship From

Orders are shipped from our warehouses in Paris, France, Hong Kong or Bengaluru, India.

Dispatch Time

We dispatch orders within 24 hours of the order and/or payment being confirmed.

Delivery Times

Orders are generally delivered within 5–10 business days from the moment the shipping confirmation email is sent. Delays may be caused by payment authorisation, product availability or customs. Delivery is subject to the norms of the carrier, and the Platform Owner shall not be liable for any delay in delivery caused by the carrier or customs authorities.

Our Carriers

We ship internationally with DHL, UPS and FedEx, and with Chronopost in Metropolitan France.

Order Confirmation and Tracking

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a separate email with a tracking number, which you can use to follow your order on the carrier's website. If you do not receive these emails, please check your spam or junk folder, or write to us at publicsecretco@gmail.com with your order number.

Delivery Address

All orders are delivered to the address provided at the time of purchase. If your order has not yet been shipped, we may be able to update the shipping address. Once the order has been shipped, changes may not be possible, so please contact us as soon as possible with your updated details.
